I agree to return equipment in the same condition it was received, normal wear and tear excepted. I accept financial responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal use and understand that I may be charged the full replacement cost if equipment is lost or damaged due to negligence. I assume all risks associated with the use of rented equipment.
